G E N E R A L ☆ You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.☆ Artist's signature will always remain on the artwork, you can't remove it. Except for Commercial projects where this rule may not apply.☆ The artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.☆ Keep in mind that artist's styles are all experimental, the artist is always testing new things.☆ The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes☆ The artist can use the picture anywhere in order to promote himself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.☆ In the case of commercial projects; The artist may share WIPs on social media unless stated otherwise.☆ You may NOT claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.☆ If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. You may NOT reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the artist.☆ You cannot alter my artwork in any way without asking permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping the image for an icon or other use.☆ Yes you may post on social media platforms providing credits to the artist:))☆ If you requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply.☆ The artist will require full payment before start the artwork.☆ The artist will take 3-20 days to complete an artwork depending on the commission type and complexity.☆ For faster completion or tight deadlines, the artist may require additional fees.☆ Commission updates (sketches, delays, doubts) will be sent through email or dms private message. Make sure the email you enter on the Form is one you check regularly.☆ After the artist send you the sketch, check the picture carefully and let her know if anything should be changed.☆ During the sketch stage, will be accepted a maximum of 1 important change (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes the artist redraw parts of the picture). After that change, the Artist has the right to decline any further changes or to charge an extra fee per change.☆ After the sketch is approved by you, the artist will proceed to finish the picture.☆ Once the picture is finished any other changes will come with an extra fee.
◇ REFUNDS ◇ ☆ Ko-fi does not return the service and processing fees to me, therefore does not allow refunds.☆ If the artist hasn't accepted your request, you may only be refunded 50% of the original price. So please do everything carefully and consciously.☆ Once your request is accepted there will be no refunds.☆ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.☆ If you file a chargeback without contacting me first, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.☆ If the terms have been violated and broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning and buying in the future.ANY STATEMENT CAN BE BOUND TO CHANGE IF DISCUSSED WITH THE ARTIST, PRIOR TO THE COMMISSION
